My journey is one of resilience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to success. Coming from a working-class background with strong values, I left school with no formal qualifications and joined the British Army at
the age of 16. My 17 years in the Army instilled me with the discipline and leadership skills that continue to shape me as a man, leader, and father.
In 2002, I took the leap into entrepreneurship by launching my first business—a
window cleaning company. I eventually achieved a successful exit from that venture,
but my next challenge was even more ambitious. I founded a cleaning and
maintenance company that I scaled from the ground up to over £2 million in revenue
at its peak, employing more than 100 staff. Unfortunately, like many businesses, we
faced the devastating effects of COVID-19, which ultimately led to the company
entering voluntary liquidation. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about
resilience, adaptability, and the importance of solid foundations.

roof cleaning business. Both have been built from scratch and stand as testaments
to the principles I've learned over the last two decades. Alongside my entrepreneurial
ventures, I have spent ten years serving as a firefighter, giving back to my
community and enhancing my personal brand.
Mentoring has always been integral to my life. From my early days as an instructor in
the Army to mentoring within my own companies, I have fostered a genuine passion
for seeing others succeed. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table,
coupled with an unyielding drive to make a positive impact.
