// Before You Book

Working with Matt

I'm already too busy in the business for mentoring.

That’s exactly the problem this fixes. Each month is built to hand you back time as we go — not add another thing to your plate.

Everything is built specifically around exterior cleaning businesses — pricing, seasonality, crews, and the customer objections you actually hear.

The framework starts with Find The Gap — so wherever your business is today, month one meets you there.

It’s billed monthly, for as long as it’s genuinely useful to you — we’ll talk this through on the strategy call.

A coach mostly asks questions and lets you find your own answers. A mentor’s been in the trenches — I’ll tell you what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what I’d actually do in your position. Less theory, more direct advice from someone still running businesses today.

Because I’m not coaching from a textbook. I’m still building and running my own companies today — William Hale Fire & Security, Cobra Air, and Cotswold Roof Cleaning — so what I tell you comes from doing it, not just talking about it.

We work through the Find The Gap, Foundation Blocks, Fix Your Marketing and Keep The Right Score framework — fortnightly, built around whatever’s actually going on in your business that month, not a generic script.

That depends where your business is starting from, and I won’t pretend there’s a fixed timeline. Most owners feel clarity from the first session — the real structural change builds month by month after that.

Pricing & logistics

How much does mentoring cost?

£497 a month for ongoing 1:1 mentoring over Zoom, or £997 a month if you want a monthly face-to-face session included too. Fortnightly calls either way, built around your business, for as long as it’s useful to you. No hidden extras, no long contracts.

Yes. It’s billed monthly, not locked into a long contract — if it’s not adding value, you stop paying for it.

Both. Calls are usually over Zoom so they fit around your working day, but if you’re near Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, we can meet in person too.

Yes — everything here is built specifically for exterior cleaning business owners: pricing, seasonality, crews, and the objections you actually hear from customers.

Yes. Whatever you share about your business, your numbers or your challenges stays between us.
